Office Administrator

Our valued client are looking to recruit an office administrator / receptionist to join and work along side it’s busy, yet friendly team. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and taking any queries / messages
  • Front of house - meeting and greeting
  • Organisation of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Stationary orders and office supplies
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Making refreshments and running errands
  • General office administration
